Preview URLs and terminal access

Expose a service port or open a browser terminal without exposing your API key.

Create a preview code for a sandbox port to receive a navigable, time-limited URL. Use terminal-url when a human needs interactive terminal access.

Both facilities should be treated as sensitive access grants: generate them just in time and do not log the resulting URLs.
